Former GCHQ deputy director fined for 'truth or dare' assault
A former deputy director for GCHQ has been fined for assaulting a woman by putting his hand on her knee during a 'truth or dare' style game.
Brian Lord worked at the Gloucestershire base for more than two decades until 2013.
He denied sexually assaulting the woman by putting his hand on her knee.
The 56-year-old pleaded guilty to a charge of common assault and was ordered to pay the woman £100 in compensation.
The judge said Lord's reputation has been affected by the charge.
