Heather Knight visits her old school in Plymouth

England's Cricket Captain Heather Knight has been to visit her old school in Plymouth.

26-year-old Knight is preparing to travel to Australia for the Ashes tour.

Her visit to Elburton Primary School was with the charity Chance to Shine.

Knight spent the morning passing on cricket tips and talking to the children.

The England captain says it is exciting women's sport has become more prominent since she was young.
