More than 10,000 runners have taken part in the Bristol Half Marathon.

The race is in its 28th year and runners of all ages and abilities took on the 13.1 mile course.

The course took runners under the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge and along the Portway.

People then returned along the river and finished the half marathon in the city centre.

Live music stages at regular intervals kept the runners going along with support from thousands of spectators.
