Disneyland apologises to boy banned from being 'Princess for a Day'

Disneyland Paris has apologised to a family after an employee turned down a three-year-old boy from taking part in their 'Princess for a Day' makeover.

In an email, the company said it was "not possible to book Princess for a Day for a boy" and instead offered Noah a cuddly toy or a playset.

The boy's mother, Hayley McLean then shared an open letter to the company on her blog, calling their decision "ridiculous".

A spokesperson has now called it "an isolated incident", stating the makeover is for "both boys and girls" to enjoy:
