We asked and you delivered: here are some of the photos you sent in from the first two days and evenings of the annual Bristol International Balloon Fiesta.

The event involved over 130 hot air balloons from across the globe, ascending into the Bristol skies.

This year, running from Thursday 10 August to Sunday 13 August, thousands of people gather at Ashton Court Estate and elsewhere around the region over the four days.
