An unexploded shell was found in Bristol this morning. Discovered in a garden in Sneyd Park, the Explosive Ordnance Disposal unit were dealing with it on site.

They have since taken it to the Downs where a controlled explosion has been carried out to destroy the device. Early indications suggest it was from the Second World War.
