Live TV debate: why Jeremy Corbyn won't be in the West Country today
The Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has cancelled planned appearances in Swindon, Stroud and Bristol today, as he's decided to take part in a national TV debate tonight.
The events will go ahead with other Labour frontbenchers.
Speaking to a rally of supporters, Mr Corbyn issued a challenge to Theresa May to join him at the debate.
