The People’s Projects - West Country winners revealed

The winners of this year's People's Projects have been revealed tonight.

ITV has been working with the Big Lottery Fund to give away grants of thousands of pounds to community projects that will help make things better for the people who live there.

Five schemes have been vying for your vote over the past two weeks to win the money.

In the ITV West Country region, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset, the winners are:

• Changing Lives Through Food

• Inspiring Lives - Battling On

• Time to Shine - Unlocking the Potential of Disabled Young People
