Old Victorian rail shed becomes arts centre

An old Victorian railway building has been transformed into an arts centre and performance venue for Tetbury and the South Cotswolds.

The lease for the Tetbury Goods Shed will be handed over from Tetbury Town Council to the Tetbury Rail Lands Trust - a group of passionate volunteers who have spent the last 20 years trying to get the project off the ground.

The arts centre features a 180-seater auditorium - with state of the art retractable seats which were paid for by local donations.
