Gary Johnson issues a rallying cry from home
Cheltenham manager Gary Johnson has thanked supporters and friends for all the messages of support he has received since returning home after heart surgery.
In an interview with the club website, the 61 year-old, also issued a rallying call for supporters to turn out in numbers and get behind their struggling team.
Cheltenham have lost their last four League Two games in a row and hover, precariously, just above the relegation zone.
Johnson steered the club back into that division from the National League last May.
He revealed that he has been in close communication with the players and his coaching staff but gave no indication of how soon he would return to the front line.
