'Playing Russian Roulette with people's lives': Should the drink drive limit be lowered?

Dorset's Police & Crime Commissioner says the current drink drive limit is playing Russian Roulette with people's lives - and he's lobbying the Government to lower it.

Martyn Underhill thinks the current rules are leaving people unsure about how much alcohol they can drink before driving.

Posting on his blog, the PCC said a lower limit where one drink could cost motorists their license would deter people from drinking at all before they get behind the wheel.
