Missing Lauren Phillips 'valued member' of Bristol NHS
Police continue to search for missing junior doctor Lauren Phillips. The 26-year-old who lives in Bristol hasn't been seen for over two weeks.
Her car was found near a beach in Woolacombe, Devon on 28 February, but despite police appeals no trace of her has been found.
Lauren, who works for North Bristol NHS Trust, is described as "a valued member" of staff by Monica Baird, deputy medical director.
Avon and Somerset Police are leading the search. Officers from Devon and Cornwall Police are assisting with the efforts to find her along with HM Coastguard, the RNLI and the National Police Air Service.
Lauren is described as white, 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build with brown eyes. She has long dark brown hair.
It is thought she may be wearing a dark brown coat with a cream hood and a long cream cardigan which has orange and blue detail.
She could also be wearing Converse trainers with cream gloves and a beige woollen hat which has a purple flower on the side.
