One year on, the man in the pants is back

A man from Cornwall with prostate cancer - who posted a picture of himself online wearing a catheter and colostomy bag last year has posted another one showing what he looks like now.

Kurt Jewson, who lives near Helston, posted the selfie because he wanted more men to be aware of the symptoms and encourage them to go to the doctor.

His picture has now been shared more than two hundred thousand times.

Now he's posted a new one showing the affects of the daily radiotherapy treatment he is receiving at the moment.
