This is the moment singer Joss Stone gave an impromptu concert at an old people's home - to help with their treatment.

The singer who lives in Cullompton in Devon took time out of her busy schedule to treat elderly residents to a rendition of songs.

The 29 year old made the impromptu appearance at Sefton Hall home in nearby Dawlish.

The care home specialises in nursing, dementia and residential care, and music is just one of a number of activities it uses to stimulate its residents.
