The family of a teenage girl who died unexpectedly at the weekend have raised nearly £20,000 for an air ambulance charity.

14 year old Hannah Cubin passed away just three days after her birthday - she'd stopped breathing while on a sleepover.

Her parents rushed to her side, but despite desperate attempts to save her, she was pronounced dead from a suspected heart attack.

Hannah was the only child of Andy and Dawn, who say they are "broken" to have lost their beautiful girl.

The Wiltshire Air Ambulance was standing by for Hannah while paramedics were fighting to save her life. Now, her parents have begun a campaign to fundraise for the charity.

Posting on the GoFundMe page, Andy and Dawn wrote : "We realise that many of our and Hannah's friends and family would like to send flowers or cards. Perhaps you might consider instead, that an equivalent donation would be better directed to this worthy cause.

The GoFundMe page has already raised more than £19,600 - far surpassing the original target of £999.
