Meet the 9 year old gymnast tipped as a future Olympian
A nine year old girl from North Devon has been selected to join some of the most promising young gymnasts in the country in an elite training squad.
Felicity Ayres from Barnstaple already trains for 23 hours each week - and is being tipped as a future Olympian.
Having won her place in the Great Britain development squad - she's already got the 2024 Olympics in her sights.
Felicity trains for 23 hours each week with her coach Kelly Parks at the Falcons Gymnastics Academy in Barnstaple.
It really is her second home, having started here in a toddlers play group when she was just 18 months old.
There are hundreds of talented gymnasts across the country all trying to be selected for the GB development squad.
Felicity had to compete in two specific events to qualify and she finished in the top eight girls. The age minimum for the squad is nine years old - so she made it first time.
Her coach says her strong mindset means she has a very bright future ahead of her.
Felicity's parents are now hoping that a sponsor might come forward to help in her development as she will now travel regularly to the National sports centre at Lilleshall to begin her GB career.
