The Rubik’s UK Championships has returned to Bristol where enthusiastic 'speedcubers' will compete against each other to find the new Rubik’s UK Champion.

Competitions are taking place across the weekend and the event is expected to have the biggest turn out in history with over 216 competitors already registered from 18 different countries.

Current champion Robert Yau will be defending his title and will also be aiming to beat his time of 9.38 seconds which won him the title last year.

It's not just hand speed that will be on display because Speedcubers will also be jumping into the competition feet first as they attempt to solve the Rubik’s Cube with their feet, as well as others solving the puzzle blindfolded and one handed!
