Melanie Hall murder suspect released without charge

A man arrested in connection with the murder of Melanie Hall 20 years ago has been released without charge.

Melanie was 25 years old when she went missing in Bath. She was last seen alive in 1996 - her remains were found 13 years later.

The man was arrested after he voluntarily attended a police station in Wiltshire, following a national appeal for information on the 20th anniversary of Melanie’s disappearance.

A £100,000 reward has been put up for any information which leads to the conviction of Melanie's murder.
