Fundraising campaign to grant disabled girl's ballet dream
Like many eight-year-old girls, Chloe from Gloucester loves ballet dancing.
But unlike them she has cerebral palsy, making it difficult for her to walk.
The eight-year-old knows all about determination. Two months on from a spinal operation, she's enjoying new found movement, and hope it'll mean more of what she loves most all.
Chloe was the first disabled child in the country to pass her pre-primary ballet award, the judges so impressed that she was invited to London to meet the stars.
Chloe joins in with normal ballet lessons as much as she can.
Chloe didn't qualify to have her operation on the NHS. Her foster parents Brad and Louise have already raised £27,000 themselves for it.
For the next two years though, Chloe will need rehab - physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, and of course, ballet. The total cost of rehab is around £1,000 a month.
So Chloe's brother-in-law Matthew and his friends have launched Run for Chloe - a run all the way from his home in St Just to Gloucester, to be completed in 48 hours next week.
Well - 271 miles to be precise! And with donations already pouring in, it looks like Chloe will be dancing for years to come.
