The Olympic Games opening ceremony in Rio is fast approaching, where athletes from across the world will hope to follow in the footsteps of their heroes.

But one group of women will be showcasing their sport at a Games for the very first time.

Jonty Messer has been to meet Team GB's Rugby Sevens side who are quietly confident of returning home with a medal.

Jonty also took the opportunity to give the team a quick quiz on their Rio knowledge.
