Muslims in Bristol celebrate Eid
Prayers have been held at Mosques across the city as Muslims celebrate the end of a month of fasting in Ramadan.
Eid al-Fitr - the festival of breaking of the fast - is an important religious holiday in the Islamic calendar. It marks the end of Ramadan - the holy month of fasting when Muslims do not eat between dawn and sunset.
Hussein Kanone attended Mosque last night and was allowed film as people prayed and then broke their fast together.
The whole community, whether Muslim or not, was welcome at the meal. Leaders at the Mosque say it is also a time to help out those in need.
