The wife of a man with leukaemia who raised £400,000 to access life saving treatment in America says so far its going well.

Mike Brandon was told by doctors in Bristol they could no longer treat him.So his wife Kate made an online plea to the world for donations to pay for pioneering treatment in America.

He was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in 2014.

Now the couple - along with Mike's Mum Verena - have flown to America and Mike has had preliminary tests in preparation for the treatment which could save his life.
