Bob Geldof backs Somerset young offenders charity

A short film featuring Bob Geldof promoting the work of a Somerset charity is being shown to business leaders. >Key4Life helps young offenders get back on track once they return to everyday life. It's hoped the film will persuade businesses to offer mentoring and placements.

Sir Bob helped launch the charity in 2012 with a charity concert at North Cadbury Court. >At a meeting today, the Avon & Somerset Police and Crime Commissioner, Sue Mountstevens will host a conference with over 25 businesses from the Bristol area to stimulate support for the young-offenders rehabilitation charity.>As an ambassador, Bob Geldof has given a call to action to help support young offenders in this interview by Global Geometry.

The event also marks the launch of a short film showing the work of the charity. The video features Sir Bob speaking alongside singers Naughty Boy and Fizzy Montana.
