DJ Derek's family plan summer memorial service
The family of DJ Derek say they're planning a summer memorial service for the man who's been missing since last July.
The 76 year-old DJ, who's real name is Derek Morris, was last seen on CCTV leaving The Criterion Pub in Bristol. His family have spent months taking to the streets and spreading the word on social media to try and find him.
However, relatives of the Bristol DJ have confirmed they're being trolled online since revealing they've started legal proceedings to have him declared dead. Cyber bullies have accused them of trying to access his assets.
Since his disappearance, Derek's account is still being charged for the rent for his St Paul's flat and utility bills.
His niece says that beginning this process, doesn't mean they've given up searching for him.
