Residents living near Paignton Zoo are complaining about "a low level humming" which is coming from the giraffe enclosure.
Some locals say the noises are giving them sleepless nights and several have signed a petition calling for an independent investigation to be carried out. Others have gone one step further, as they look to bring a legal challenge against Paignton Zoo.
