Family of teen who died on traintracks remember 'thoughtful and loving' son
The family of a 14-year-old boy, who died after being hit by a train near Weston Milton station earlier this week, have paid tribute to him.
Matthew Brittan, from Worle, was killed on a level crossing at 4.50pm on 1 February.
Emergency services rushed to the scene but sadly, nothing could be done to save him. His death is not being treated as suspicious.
In a tribute to the teen, who attended Worle Community School, Matthew’s family remember him as a 'thoughtful and loving' person.
British Transport Police say the family are continuing to be supported by their family liaison officers.
