Fawlty Towers star John Cleese calls Bath home again
Highly acclaimed actor, comedian, writer and film producer, John Cleese is on of the UK's comedy legends.
Famous for co-founding Monty Python and later for co-writing and staring in Fawlty Towers.
He's featured in numerous block-busters including two James Bonds, two Harry Potter films and three Shrek films.
Fans of his in the West Country may be pleased to hear he's recently purchased a flat in Bath.
Cleese was born in Weston-Super-Mare and has since lived all over the world, including Beverly Hills and Monaco.
His new place is a basement flat in Bath's Royal Crescent.
The Royal Crescent was built between 1767 and 1775 and forms a semi-elipse of thirty Grade I listed houses arranged around a lawn.
Flats currently advertised in the building are listed at £600,000.
