12th Slapstick Festival begins in Bristol

Some of the biggest names in comedy will be bringing some laughs to Bristol from today.

The 12th annual Slapstick Festival begins with 25 events over the next six days at different venues across the city.

Old favourites like Barry Cryer and Marcus Brigstocke will be returning. But there will also be newcomers like Stephen Merchant.
