Aardman Animations dementia film features Christopher Eccleston
Bristol's Aardman Animations has teamed up with Alzheimer’s Research UK and actor Christopher Eccleston to create a dementia awareness video.
Using just an orange Mr Eccleston confronts the misunderstandings surrounding the condition which his father had. He wants people to "think differently about dementia".
The animation will run parallel to a two-week national TV advertising campaign, which first airs tonight (18 January) during ITV’s Coronation Street.
The #sharetheorange animation can be viewed and shared at www.alzheimersresearchuk.org and at https://youtu.be/x9MvEZskR6o
