A shopper from Bristol who ordered a Kindle online was left in a state of shock when he opened his parcel to find a human tumour.

37 year-old James Potten, was expecting to unwrap a waterproof e-book reader which he had ordered from America. But in his delivery on Sunday, he found a box marked 'patient tumour specimen enclosed'.

The human tissue which arrived at Mr Potten's home was destined for the Royal Free Hospital in London. It's understood the items are in the process of being redelivered to the correct owners.

James later tweeted saying it's been a "bonkers day" but "thankfully the tumour sample is now on route to its rightful owner".
