Researchers say food cravings are out of our control

If you are feeling like you want to keep eating at the moment - rest assured it's not your fault say researchers from the University of Exeter.

They say it's all to do with our subconcious mind. The study found people have evolved to want to over-eat in winter.

According to new research, it's because in our past, being overweight hasn't posed a significant threat to survival, compared with the dangers of being underweight.

Andy Higginson from the university study, explains the science behind the revelation.
