Brothers with Morquio syndrome told the NHS will fund their drugs
Two brothers from Gloucestershire with an extremely rare condition have been told their drug therapy will continue to be provided on the NHS.
Archie and Isaac Eaton, from Longhope in the Forest of Dean, have Morquio syndrome. A condition which affects growth, eyesight, mobility and stamina.
Last summer, the brother's had been taking part in an extended drug trial for Vimizim which replaces a missing enzyme - the cause of many of the health problems associated with the condition.
Last year the boys' mother campaigned to have the drug Vimizim made available on the NHS.
