All the region's MPs voted in favour of Syrian airstrikes in last night's Commons vote.

They included the Labour MP for Exeter Ben Bradshaw, who went against the party leader Jeremy Corbyn in a free vote.

The airstrikes were approved by a majority of 174 following a 10-hour debate in the Commons, with a total of 67 Labour MPs voting in favour of them.

The first strikes, which targeted oil fields, were launched in the early hours of this morning.
