Jackie Roberts' daughter died last year after falling into a river following a night out drinking with friends:
Those behind today's message say people's apathy towards the dangers of the water must change if the alarming frequency of drownings is to stop.
Sam Amin was one of four men to die in the River Avon in Bath last year, Chris Taylor another. In all nine men have perished since 2009.
And this year a man died after being found in the water beside this Bristol club. Managers say they're doing all they can to minimise the dangers.
