The supersonic car known as the Bloodhound is being unveiled today

The Bristol-built, much-anticipated racer is debuting in London, then going on public display. It aims to break world records by reaching speeds of more than 1,000 miles per hour.

  • Its jet engine could suck all the air out of an average-sized house in 3 seconds
