Behind the scenes at the Rugby World Cup

A week into the Rugby World Cup, we've already seen plenty of action in the South West with two games at Kingsholm Stadium in Gloucester.

Thousands of rugby fans have attended the matches and many more have been watching the TV coverage.

ITV is broadcasting every game from every venue and it is a huge team effort, involving everyone from the presenters to the producers and technical teams.

The technical teams have rigged up Kingsholm Stadium with 27 cameras and more than 200 cables which ensure pictures can be broadcast around the world.

Analysis producer Rob Williams says it can be extremely busy but says it's "great fun" during the live broadcasts. "We all love rugby and it's a privilege to be here" he said.

However, there seems to be some tension among the presenting team.

John Inverdale admitted: "I have to say, no names here, but at Twickenham on Saturday night - France vs Italy - there is somebody who is not a team player when it comes to the Hobnobs."

A source at ITV Sport said they hope there are enough biscuits to last for the rest of the tournament.
