A brief Encounter with a Film Lovin' Criminal

Europe's biggest festival of short films has kicked off its 21st year in Bristol - premiering the works of Oscar winners alongside students; first-timers next to famous faces.

One of the speakers at the Encounters festival so far has been New Yorker Huey Morgan of the Fun Lovin' Criminals, who lives in Somerset these days, and is passionate about music in film. He told us "every song we've ever written was a soundtrack to a film that didn't exist".
