Is this Bristol's smallest home? It measures just 18.6 square metres and could be yours for just £30,000.

The 'self contained studio', which has a roof light but no windows, can be found in Hotwells and has a kitchen and bathroom.

It even has a mezzanine floor accessed by a small step ladder.

It's being auctioned by Hollis Morgan, and it is thought it could be the smallest home ever to be sold in Bristol.

But, if you're thinking about snapping it up as your full time home, you'll need to obtain planning permission.
