Exclusive: Staff 'scared to death' at the prospect of Nick Gargan returning to work
A serving Avon and Somerset police officer has told ITV News that some staff are 'scared to death' at the prospect of Chief Constable Nick Gargan returning to work.
Police and Crime Commissioner Sue Mountstevens is now facing calls to sack Nick Gargan after he was found guilty of eight misconduct charges earlier this month.
Mr Gargan is poised to return next month, but ITV News has learnt that some inside the force believe that would discredit the reputation of the entire organisation.
