Mother calls for ban on 'laughing gas'
A mother whose son died taking a so called "legal-high" drug, is calling for them to be banned to save other young lives.
20 year-old Charlie Barnhoorn from Kingsteignton was found fead after inhaling large quantities of nitrous oxide - which is commonly known as laughing gas.
It's the same drug that the England footballer Raheem Sterling was filmed appearing to inhale in a video published last week.
Nitrous Oxide can be bought online - often disguised as canisters for making whipped cream.
Charley had no problem ordering it directly to his mum's house, but after doing hundreds at a party and over the weekend, he collapsed and died.
Sue says that many of his friends didn't realise any harm could be caused by the drug because it was 'legal'. She's certain a ban on the drug would save more young lives.
