Behind the scenes at Bridgwater Carnival

Volunteers are still hard at work perfecting their carts

With only one day to go before the historic Bridgwater carnival, the pressure is on for the event's volunteers.

We took a sneak peek behind the scenes as they put the finishing touches on their amazing creations.

The event is the largest night-time carnival in Europe. With 50 illuminated floats and over 100,000 spectators, expectations are high. Volunteers have been working on their floats for months.
