How the floods cost 3 year old Elsa her birthday party

The floods on the Somerset Levels are causing a great deal of pain to many people. Homes inundated with water, businesses losing money and untold extra inconvenience.

But for three year old Elsa Sadler it is just as serious. She can't have a birthday party for the second year running because her friends can't get through the floodwater surrounding her house in Moorland

Elsa's mum Briony can't easily get out to her mobile hairdressing business as she has to stay home and look after Elsa. So she now has the time to organise a party but no friends who can make it.
