Right-to-die battle reaches Supreme Court

The widow of a right-to-die campaigner from Wiltshire has been at the Supreme Court today to continue the legal battle in his name.

Tony Nicklinson, from Melksham, suffered from Locked-in Syndrome and wanted doctors to be allowed to help him end his life. His wife, Jane, has now joined forces with another "right to die" campaigner.

Today their barrister told nine senior judges, that they were victims of a tragic turn of events.
