Today:
A dry and largely bright morning. The winds will strengthen as a band of rain, heavy at times, spreads in from the northwest from around lunchtime onwards. Southeastern parts should stay mostly dry. Maximum temperature 13 deg C (55 deg F).
Tonight:
The rain will continue to move eastwards through the night, clearing the region during the early hours of Sunday. Clearer weather will push in from the west. Minimum temperature 4 deg C (39 deg F).
Sunday:
A dry start, then outbreaks of rain spreading northeastwards through the morning. The rain may turn heavier and more persistent for a time during the afternoon. Becoming windier again. Maximum temperature 13 deg C (55 deg F).
Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:
Monday and Tuesday will be less mild, rather breezy but largely dry. It should turn very windy as a band of rain moves in from the west early on Wednesday.
