St Jude storm hits the West

Fallen branches landed on cars in Bath Credit: ITV News West Country

The St Jude storm hit the West Country overnight with winds as high as 75 mph.

The most disruption has been to people's morning commute as fallen trees block roads and trains are delayed.

Power cuts were also a problem - 7000 homes were without power during the night.
