Thousands of people are expected to line the streets to celebrate Yeovil Town's win over Brentford in the League One Play-off Final at Wembley on Sunday.

The bus will have the players, the manager - Gary Johnson - and other club officials on board

The route is as follows

  • 12.15pm Leaves Yeovil Town's ground at Huish Park

  • Heads east along Preston Road and then Kingston

  • At the hospital roundabout, takes second exit for Park Road

  • Slows for supporters after heading right along Princes Street

  • Turns left onto High Street

  • Parks opposite the end of King George Street in The Borough to allow the players and staff to get off the bus and sign autographs and have pictures taken

  • One hour later the bus will leave the town centre on Silver Street

  • It will stop at Lysander Road where everyone will meet AgustaWestland staff

Fans will get another chance to cheer the team when the bus takes a second victory tour this evening:

  • 5.15pm Leaves Huish Park again

  • Having travelled south on Western Avenue, the bus will head east on Preston Road

  • It will then turn right on to Preston Grove and then Westbourne Grove, where the team will attend a civic reception
