Union J's dreams are over but Jahmene's through to the X factor final
X factor star George Shelley, from Clevedon, and his Union J bandmates have been voted off the talent show one week before the final.
The band went head to head with the other three remaining contestants – James Arthur, Jahmene Douglas and Christopher Maloney – but failed to secure the public vote.
Judge Louis Walsh, the band's mentor, said: "I'm a little bit disappointed, but we were ready for it. They're going to have an amazing future. They're the next big boy band."
The band added: "This has been our dream, being here right now performing. We can't describe how amazing it has been, we loved every minute of it."
The band ended the show singing Taylor Swift's Romeo and Juliet.
But Asda worker Jahmene Douglas from Swindon has made it through to the final three. It means he'll fight for the winner's title at next weekend's grand final.
The 22 year old said: "I can't believe I've gone from Asda to getting through to the finals. It's crazy people think I'm good enough to get here."
Bookies are already predicting former shelf-stacker Jahmene could win the show with 11/10 odds.
