Heavy rain causes flooding and landslide
Heavy rain has caused flooding in North Somerset and a landslide in Portbury. Fire crews spent last night pumping out homes.
The worst affected town was Nailsea where emergency services received about 80 calls for assistance. Dozens of homes were affected.
Crews worked with specialist rescue teams at a landslip in Portbury near Bristol to ensure no-one was trapped underneath.
Some residents have brought in sandbags as more heavy rain is forecast for today.
