Two people dressed in penguin outfits were asked by police to climb down from an iconic rock formation at the start of the Olympic torch relay at Portland this morning. The two people had climbed the rock before the first runner was about to leave Potland Bill.

It's not known why they dressed up in Penguin suits but after a short conversation with the Police, they took their costumes off and climbed down the 40 foot high rock and left the scene.
