The paramedic who treated a teenager who died falling from a cliff in Newquay says under 18s are still drinking alcohol in the town. Paddy Higgins, who was sixteen, died three years ago today after drinking with friends.

His body was found on Tolcarne beach. His death sparked a series of measures to cut down on underage drinking. In an exclusive interview with ITV West Country, Ashley Mann says the measures are working but it's still going on.
